EasyTicket ticket vending machine

EasyTicket ticket vending machine with credit card payment

The kiosk machine is designed to work with the EasyTicket dynamic capacity management sales system.
The vending machine allows customers to buy a ticket for a specific facility in a self-service way. They can pay for the ticket by credit card.
The vending machine is able to redeem barcode tickets previously purchased in the webshop for RFID wristbands, which can be used to enter the facility immediately via the access system’s turnstile.
The ticket can be in the format of a wristband, a bank card-sized thick paper, or traditional thermal paper.
The ID on the ticket allows the guest to enter the facility independently via a turnstile installed at the entrance.
The ticket supports two types of identification: a barcode printed by the kiosk machine or an RFID chip embedded in the ticket.
The kiosk is a fixed installation, its base must be drilled to the floor.
It requires an IT network endpoint with access to the EasyTicket system.
Can be installed outdoors under a rain screen roof.

Main features

Vandal-proof monitor

  • 19″ screen size, active matrix TFT LCD display technology with LED backlight
  • Resolution: 1280×1024 px
  • Viewing angle 170° horizontal, 160° vertical
  • 1000nit brightness
  • 6mm thick vandal resistant front glass
  • Capacitive touch screen with 10-point touch
  • Built-in cooling control
  • Built-in dimming

High brightness monitors generate more heat, so it is important to ensure the correct temperature inside the kiosk for outdoor applications. The monitor has a temperature sensor and an automatic cooling function. Control parameters – on/off temperatures, fan speed, etc. – can be set individually.

Thanks to the built-in light sensor, the monitor will always operate at the most optimal brightness. In bright sunlight, the backlight brightness is higher, while in darker ambient light, the backlight brightness is lower.

The 6mm thick glass ballast provides full protection against fist strikes.
